French Open 2015 - Men's Quarter-Final Predictions

Roger Federer vs. Stanislas Wawrinka

The battle of the Swiss will see Roger reign supreme, as he has done for such a long time, but Stan the Man will challenge the mighty Roger, after dispatching Simon in 3 sets with relative ease, and Federer dropped a set to Monfils. Federer has won 16 of his 18 games against Wawrinka, and won the last time they played.

Prediction: Federer in 4

Kei Nishikori vs Jo Wilfried Tsonga

Yet to drop a set, Nishikori will come through against Tsonga, although it will be a large step up from Nishikori's fourth round match against Gabashvili. With the home crowd behind him, Tsonga could surprise Kei, who isn't always at home on the clay court. However, the 5th seed will prevail.

Prediction: Nishikori in 5

Novak Djokovic vs Rafael Nadal

Novak breezed past Gasquet to make the quarter-finals, and has proved his class once again. He will make the most of Nadal's poor form by securing his first French Open title, and overcoming the Spaniard with relative ease in this quarter-final.

Prediction: Djokovic in 3

Andy Murray vs David Ferrer

Andy Murray has won all 14 clay-court matches he has played in 2015, and will add on to that impressive record by overcoming David Ferrer to make the semi-finals. Despite dropping a set in the last round, he actually only gave away one break point, which was taken, and had many opportunities to win that second set due to his impressive performance. He looks imperious, yet will have to eventually prove himself against Novak Djokovic, which will be extremely tough. However, as far as the quarter-final is concerned, Murray will win a good game against Ferrer, even though Ferrer did very well to dispatch Cilic in straight sets in the last round.

Prediction: Murray in 4
