04/03/2015 - Football Predictions

2-1

Man City suffered a disappointing loss to Liverpool on Sunday, but will have enough to overcome Leicester. They could make it an unnecessarily nervous game for themselves however, and I wouldn't be surprised if The Foxes made it an uncomfortable game for the fans at The Etihad.

2-1

30 attempts on goal at the weekend for Manchester United, and just the 2 goals, one of which was a penalty. Newcastle won't give them that many opportunities at home, and this will be a very tough day for Van Gaal, more criticism is heading his way.

0-2

Having won 6 of their last 7 Premier League games, Arsenal are in good form, and with Olivier Giroud performing well they will look to put a couple past a QPR side that have one win since Christmas.

1-1

The last three fixtures between these 2 teams at the Britannia have all ended 1-1, and with 1 win in Everton's last 11 league games, I don't see Everton challenging Stoke for the victory, but the good performances against Young Boys might give them the chance at a draw.

2-1

85 years since Swansea earned a league point at White Hart Lane, and they won't be able to break that streak today, even against a Tottenham side that aren't firing on all cylinders. They will respond well today, and although Swansea have been on good form, Spurs will hold them out today.

1-3

The Capital One Cup champions will prevail against the Irons who have won just 1 in 10 games since Christmas, and have fallen from 4th to 9th. It should be a comfortable game for The Blues, and we could see another Ivanovic goal if we're lucky.

3-0

Unbeaten in 11 league games, Liverpool earned a great victory over Man City at the weekend, and will look to continue their great form with a strong performance at home against Burnley.
