Can Chelsea win the title again? Yes, yes they can. This world-class squad is still world-class, and Falcao has joined the squad looking to prove that his spell at Manchester United was a blip in an otherwise stunning career. If there is one manager that can get the best out of Falcao, you'd think it would be Mourinho. Tactically brilliant, technically flawless, and proven winners, Chelsea will show once again why they are one of the best sides in the world by winning the title. They will need to be wary of Arsenal braething down their necks, and the usual threats from Manchester, but this side looks so calm and drilled that it would require something special to knock the champions off of their perch.
Best Transfer Business:
I was going to say that he high-quality replacement for Cech, Asmir Begovic, is Chelsea's best bit of transfer business, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that securing Falcao on loan will be the surprise package. He could prove to be a very useful replacement for Costa, and may even take his spot if Mourinho can help him find form. Radamel is one to watch this season.
Worst Transfer Business:
Undoubtedly the worst thing Mourinho has done since rejoining Chelsea is letting Cech go to arch-rivals Arsenal. He could have gone to any team in the world apart from a side in the top 4/5 of English football and it would have been good business, but to send him off to Arsenal is pretty insane from the Chelsea manager.
